Quality Coordinator

Coordinate quality initiatives for physician practice quality programs by taking action on quality attribution reports from scheduling to closing gaps in care and submitting data to payers. Support providers and staff in developing skills aligned with CHS best practices related to quality care workflows. Work closely with the Regional Quality Director and CHS PPS Department to ensure accountability of the local team and achieve measurable gains within the programs, including understanding of quality measures (e.g., HEDIS), EMR quality management data, and physician practice operations affecting quality improvement.
