Quality Coordinator Process / Suppliers

Prepare and interpret dimensional analysis reports while following up on actions to prevent process deviations and ensure compliance with established metrics. Actively participate in new product launches by managing PPAP, FMEA, and Quality Control Plan definitions, and coordinate product revalidation and audit programs. Support supplier quality coordinators with failure analyses, manage new supplier development, and conduct audits for current, new, or critical components. Oversee PPAP approval metrics, receiving inspections, corrective action indicators, and quarantine or failure costs. Conduct monthly supplier performance evaluations against targets.
