Job Summary
Quality Coordinator in the Quality Control Department responsible for developing, editing, revising, and maintaining procedures, work instructions, and forms to meet ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 document-control requirements. Lead the creation and maintenance of standardized training materials, write clear instructions, gather information for documentation, identify efficiency improvements in documents, convert legacy documents to the latest format, maintain a master index and revision control, and perform internal quality audits. Will interface with employees at all levels, investigate processes/tools/assets to boost productivity and reduce waste, and support ISO certification efforts while keeping workspace organized and compliant.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Associate degree preferred
- three or more years of quality systems experience
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015
- Experience creating, updating, and tracking policies/procedures, work instructions, and training material
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with a variety of people at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, and Teams
- Knowledge of data spreadsheet manipulation
- Strong business written communication skills
- English reading/writing required; Spanish helpful
