Quality Coordinator

Job Summary
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and root causes affecting service quality, compliance, and outcomes. Collaborate with leadership and teams to design, implement, and monitor quality improvement initiatives while developing, documenting, and maintaining standard operating procedures and process workflows. Support the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) across business areas, promote organization-wide consistency in processes, safety practices, and risk mitigation, and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives to provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Develop and distribute regular reports and dashboards to leadership and key stakeholders, partner with IT and operations teams to ensure data integrity, and assist with audits, compliance reviews, and ad hoc data requests. Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations that inform organizational strategy and serve as a liaison among teams, compliance, and leadership to promote best practices. Facilitate quality reviews, action planning, and follow-up on findings, near misses, and improvement opportunities while maintaining dotted-line communication with back-office departments to ensure alignment and accountability. Support staff training and awareness initiatives related to compliance, quality, and safety, and communicate clearly across departments to ensure consistent implementation of initiatives across all states and programs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 21 years of age
- High School Diploma
- Valid driver's license
- 100/300/100 auto insurance coverage
- Willingness to travel
- Successful completion of all required criminal background checks
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience in a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, interpret, and communicate data trends
- Demonstrated ability to solve operational and organizational challenges tactfully and effectively
- Self-starter who operates with minimal supervision and high accountability
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
