Job Summary

Quality Coordinator responsible for reviewing, monitoring, and analyzing data to drive quality improvement and ensure regulatory compliance under the supervision of the Director of Quality. Duties include submission of chart abstracted data, reporting, implementing new processes and policies related to Quality, and performance improvement. Create reports in Excel, gather data from chart audits, upload required reports by deadlines, maintain records, coordinate meetings and conferences, keep meeting minutes, draft professional correspondence, work on special projects such as developing training/presentations or assisting with policy revisions. Handle highly confidential information, interact with external callers/visitors and internal contacts at all levels. Assist with Patient Advocacy by investigating and facilitating resolution of complaints and grievances. Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate of a School of Professional Nursing - LVN or RN
  • Must have a nursing license by the Texas Board of Nursing or许可 from a state within the Nursing Compact
  • 3 years of experience in the healthcare field
