Job Summary
Manage the effective implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) in partnership with the DLMP section or service line leadership. Serve as a subject matter expert on QMS policies, processes, and procedures while developing broad knowledge of practice, business, and technology. Provide resources for information regarding new regulations and requirements, ensuring compliance with institutional, departmental, and external regulatory and accreditation standards. Deliver key quality indicator data and recommendations for improvement to DLMP section leadership. Applicants with experience in laboratory accreditation and licensure are preferred.
