Job Summary
Prioritise quality performance improvements based on data analysis and apply continuous improvement methodologies to investigate non-conformances, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Create, manage, and analyse datasets from multiple platforms to identify trends and insights while supporting the Quality Manager with target setting. Conduct product inspections, including testing, sampling, and validation activities to ensure requirements are met, and maintain quality records in accordance with established procedures. Assist in internal and external audits as required and coordinate preventive and corrective actions within Quality Improvement teams. Promote a culture of quality by sharing knowledge and tools. This role supports the deployment of KONE's quality strategy and governance framework within Mascot, NSW, for a global organisation moving two billion people daily.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years' experience in a similar position
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand product documentation
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Experience using quality tools, methodologies, and systems
- Familiarity with continuous improvement practices, including Lean and Six Sigma principles
- Understanding of process improvement and change management principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Applicant must be a permanent resident or citizen of Australia or New Zealand
