Quality Coordinator

Implement and manage the project quality control program by executing daily procedures, conducting inspections, and reviewing construction plans for errors. Coordinate document reviews with internal teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure checklist accuracy and proper implementation during construction and commissioning. Lead weekly quality walks, prepare meeting agendas, and manage Deficiency logs and punch lists to facilitate issue completion. Monitor delivered materials for specification adherence, update equipment tracking tools, and train trade partners on software best practices. Support critical commissioning dates by executing the inspection process and coaching junior staff on project standards.
