Job Summary
Compile Manufacturing Record Books daily, scanning, verifying, filing, and renaming inspection test plans, deviation requests, NCR logs, certificates of conformance, and welding records to proper job file locations. Review all documentation against Acadian Contractors standard data book indexes, forwarding accepted reviews to project managers and noting rejected items for internal or external corrections with Quality Assurance Manager support. Maintain data book progress status on missing items and pending documents while providing quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Adhere to Health, Safety & Environmental policies and implement proactive safety processes like JSA and TEAM BBS observations.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrate experience on using document management software like Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Word
- Experience with Data Entry and Document Control
- Organization skills and attention to detail
- Embrace, lead, and demonstrate 'Acadian F.I.R.S.T.' – Vision & Mission Statement as fundamental core values
- Demonstrate implementation of proactive safety processes (JSA, Time Out & TEAM BBS Observations) to achieve an incident-free workplace and advance our safety culture
- Adhere to all Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Management System policies, procedures, best practices, and client-specific site policies
- Make a personal commitment and be accountable for HSE results, supporting team members through coaching and mentoring to achieve goals
- Accept coaching and demonstrate ownership and improvement of HSE processes based on feedback and ongoing mentorship
