Job Summary
Quality Coordinator I for a night shift (Thu-Fri-Sat, 7:00 pm–7:30 am) at Daniel Defense. Responsibilities include conducting audits on manufacturing processes and shipments to ensure compliance, recording variances and corrective actions, participating in shift meetings and MRB processes, maintaining quality procedures and visual standards, monitoring non-conformance, investigating deviations, supporting corrective action planning, and upholding environmental health and safety principles. Requires high school diploma or GED with 2+ years of quality experience (or equivalent), knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, GD&T, metrology/gaging, MS Office, strong communication and problem-solving, ability to work independently, and willingness to work varying shifts; environment includes manufacturing with PPE and exposure to noise/chemicals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of quality-related experience OR related combination of experience/education/training
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
- Strong understanding of GD&T, metrology equipment and gaging
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Team-oriented with attention to detail and strong record-keeping
- Willingness to work varying shifts
- Demonstrated commitment to company values
