Quality Controls Manager

Plan, develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Plan for heavy civil and underground construction projects. Manage QA/QC project oversight and support technical staff across complex infrastructure initiatives, including bridge rehabilitation, port authority facilities, and maritime construction. Ensure safety compliance and quality standards are met on site while coordinating with national division teams. This role supports Traylor Brothers' mission to construct complex infrastructure safer, better, and faster through a collaborative, innovation-driven approach.
