Job Summary
Quality Control Technician at Pilgrim’s Pride performing QA duties including daily paperwork to ensure HACCP and SSOP compliance. Responsibilities include performing quality checks, documenting and maintaining process control parameters, monitoring GMPs, and assisting with Pre Op rotations. Requires English proficiency, basic math, attention to detail, and ability to lift/move up to 40 lbs. HS Diploma or GED required; overtime may be required. Position available on 1st and 3rd shifts with pay at $19.00/hour plus a $2.00 night shift differential.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Must read, write and speak English
- Basic math skills
- Detail oriented
- Able to lift and/or move 40 lbs
- Ability to work walking/standing for long periods of time
- Willing to work overtime when necessary
