Job Summary
Perform tests, inspections, and evaluations of pressurizer products and processes based on defined procedures and standards. Adhere to the Nuclear Quality Management System processes and policies while coaching and mentoring team members on these requirements. Identify, investigate, and document product and process nonconformities, and read and interpret customer specifications and drawings for moderately complex products. Understand and follow all organization and department safety policies and procedures. Maintain a detail-oriented mindset and work well within a team environment under immediate supervision. Requires a two-year degree or high-school graduate with 3-5 years of related experience, U.S. citizenship, and proficiency in measurement tools and electrical equipment. U.S. Citizen applicants who do not hold dual citizenship.
Required Qualifications
- Two-year degree or high-school graduate and related experience (3-5 years)
- Able to work under immediate supervision of more experienced employees or managers
- Self-motivated
- Well organized and maintains a detail-oriented mindset
- Work Well within Team Environment
- Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Strong Computer Skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, and PowerPoint
- Experience in the use of various measurement tools/gauges, electrical equipment, temperature & power controls, temperature sensors, and fluid control devices
- Ability to embrace change and be flexible in work assignments and accept re-prioritization when necessary
- U.S. Citizen applicants who do not hold dual citizenship
Desired Qualifications
- NDT Level I or Level II Certification in Radiography (RT) or Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT)
- Auditing Experience
- Knowledge and application of problem-solving methodologies
