Quality Control Technician

Job Summary
The Quality Control Technician will conduct testing on incoming and outgoing materials to ensure conformance to quality requirements. Responsibilities include performing batch testing activities, calibrating lab and plant equipment, developing quality specifications, supporting ISO Quality systems, conducting quality audits, and performing first piece inspections on finished products. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, one to two years of related experience, and knowledge of ISO standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- One to two years related experience and/or training
- Minimum one year of related experience working in Extruded Rubber Products (ERP) or similar industry
- ISO knowledge
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of lab testing and extrusion/mixing raw materials
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong computer skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
