Quality Control Technician

Inspect and verify product quality across incoming, in-process, and final stages by reading engineering drawings, applying measurement tools, and validating tolerances to ensure conformance to customer requirements and ISO 9001 standards. Maintain calibration status, complete FAIR and traceability documentation, manage nonconformances (MRB/NCMR), and support audits and continuous improvement. Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and other cross-functional teams; contribute to root cause analysis and corrective actions; mentor associates and promote adherence to the Swagelok Quality System and document control practices. The role emphasizes attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and disciplined problem solving, with opportunities to expand into advanced inspections, audits, and broader quality-system ownership.
