Quality Control Technician

Job Summary
Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections on machined components. Conduct dimensional inspections using manual, visual, and attribute inspection methods. Operate and interpret results from advanced metrology equipment. Review and analyze DCC/CMM inspection data for accuracy and compliance. Create and document Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs). Support root cause investigations and corrective action activities. Verify, maintain, and monitor calibration status of inspection equipment and gages. Assist with PPAPs, FAIRs, and customer quality requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of Quality Control experience
- Strong understanding of GD&T
- Experience reading and interpreting blueprints
- Knowledge of measurement tools and inspection methods
- Experience with PPAP, and FAIR
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
