Quality Control Technician

Conduct quality control across all production phases using established procedures, manuals, and equipment. Read and interpret shop fabrication drawings and ASTM specifications to verify product dimensions. Perform internal audits, maintain inspection records, and inspect finished loads prior to plant departure. Resolve quality issues arising from production or fabrication errors and act as a liaison to outside inspectors. Coach and train team members on quality requirements. Requires high school diploma, two years manufacturing experience, and proficiency with micrometers and calipers. Full-time role with comprehensive benefits including 401k match and paid time off.
