Quality Control Technician

Job Summary
Conduct daily audits of finished and in-process goods to verify plug quality through visual and touch point inspections. Perform first, middle, and last quality checks on all production products while maintaining documents and records per departmental requirements. Support process simulation and bottleneck analysis to drive productivity and quality improvements, providing expertise for process capability enhancements. Adhere strictly to company safety policies, Food Safety, and GMPS standards while wearing required PPE. Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment requiring the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and twist. Maintain professional demeanor when interacting with teammates, visitors, and customers, utilizing strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Desired Qualifications
