Job Summary
Quality Technician (Level I or II) at Dart Container for the Leola, PA paper-center facility. Responsibilities include performing inspections and quality testing on materials and finished products, recording and maintaining accurate quality data, supporting audits and corrective actions, and using data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement. Level II adds root cause analysis and knowledge of SPC and ERP/SAP. Requires 6 months of inspection or quality-check experience or 12 credit hours in Quality Technology for Level I, or 1 year of experience or a high school diploma plus 12 credit hours for Level II. Shift availability includes day and overnight with potential overtime; benefits include health, dental, vision, 401K, paid holidays, and weekly pay.
Required Qualifications
- Level I: At least 6 months of inspection or quality-check experience, or 12 credit hours in Quality Technology or a related field from an accredited institution
- Level II: At least 1 year of inspection or quality-check experience, or High school diploma plus 12 credit hours in Quality Technology or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and visual inspection skills
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and reporting
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Familiarity with GMP, safety standards, and manufacturing environments
