Quality Control Technician

Job Summary
Perform line audits and tests during production to ensure product is made within specifications and that sanitary procedures are followed. Responsibilities include auditing line temperatures and metal detectors, recording data, sampling cooked and raw products for lab testing, calibrating scales and thermometers, maintaining GMP and PPE practices, inspecting codes and temperatures in storage, and completing related paperwork. Experience note: on-the-job training of 3 months; overtime may apply and benefits include PTO, 401k, and comprehensive medical coverage.
