Job Summary
Quality Control Technician will oversee the quality of packed product across production lines, perform HACCP and GMP-related inspections, conduct ATP swabs and oxygen tests, perform weight checks, ensure label accuracy, sample and evaluate cracker defects, maintain QC logs and DFA paperwork, and communicate discrepancies to supervisors to uphold product quality and compliance. Responsibilities include pre-operational equipment inspections, color percentage checks against customer specifications, and supporting sanitation and regulatory adherence; requires strong written and verbal communication and the ability to multitask across multiple projects.

- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
