Quality Control Technician - Nights: Monday - Thursday

Job Summary
Monitor, sample, and test food products to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications. Verify sanitation activities through preoperational inspections, swabbing, and communicating corrective actions to production personnel. Liaise with production staff and supervisors on daily operations while working with customers and consumers to resolve complaints. Investigate, trend, and analyze complaints quarterly, reporting findings to senior management with root cause analysis and continuous improvement recommendations. Shifts are 10 hours, four days a week (Monday through Thursday), with availability for overtime. Northern Gold Foods manufactures healthy breakfast and snack products in Junction City.
Required Qualifications
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- working knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Must be available to work overtime hours if needed
- Shifts are 10 hours, 4 days a week
