Job Summary
Operate analytical instruments to perform quality control testing of liquid 3D printing resin, including DLP printing, spectrophotometry, and rheology. Calculate and report test results using Albert and SAP software while communicating with product development and engineering teams to adjust batches. Maintain clean working environments and monitor equipment performance through routine standards checks. Perform incoming inspections of raw materials, manage inventory files, and ensure end-to-end sample traceability. Comply with weekly 5S standards and safely handle chemicals in the laboratory. Requires 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or laboratory settings, ability to lift 50 lbs, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of work experience in a professional, manufacturing, or laboratory setting
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic math skills
- Clear and effective oral and written communication with a small team within a large company
- Ability to work independently and to take directions based on circumstances
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to safely work with chemicals in a laboratory and manufacturing environment
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Desired Qualifications
