Quality Control Technician

Job Summary
Monitor, verify, and audit all daily operations, including documentation, while assisting in product testing, chemical checks, and brine testing. Perform procedural audits throughout the facility to ensure GMP and SOP adherence, verify completion of verification documents, and provide sign-off. Conduct regular surface swabs, calibrate equipment, perform chemical titrations, and administer HACCP and Food Safety Training programs. Review incoming COAs and COCs, support the receiving process, and lead findings meetings to communicate non-conformances for continuous improvement. Verify sample accuracy for microanalysis and perform product testing in the lab using FOSS equipment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual, Spanish and English
- 2 years' experience working in a food manufacturing facility working with Quality System Implementation or Quality System Management
- HACCP
- GFSI/SQF
