Quality Control Technician

Job Summary
Quality Control Technician with responsibilities across indoor labs and outdoor construction sites. You will test Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) and aggregate properties, operate and maintain QC testing equipment, analyze results, and report findings to paving foremen and project managers. Requires attention to detail, strong math skills, and the ability to adapt to varied environments. Travel to production plants and job sites across Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana with a valid driver’s license. Willingness to work extended hours, including nights and weekends. Proficiency in Microsoft Office for daily quality control reports. No formal degree required; on-the-job training provided.
Required Qualifications
- Education: No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Experience: Previous experience in quality control or construction is a plus but not necessary.
