Quality Control Technician I

Oversee daily flooring activities and examine products and workmanship for defects or deviations from approved project; develop, apply, and maintain quality requirements and standards for flooring and construction projects; design and implement methods for quality control and process improvements for testing and inspection; promote and execute quality standards, inspection processes, test methods, quality plans, documents, and reports; address customer concerns and escalate as necessary for job completion and customer satisfaction; respond to warranty issues and related concerns; communicate with installers to ensure clear understanding of job specifications and installation requirements; work with account representatives in various departments to ensure complete and proper information is provided for work assignments.
