Quality Control Technician I- 2nd Shift

Conduct inspections of all food production areas and perform finished product weight checks and ATP swabbing. Maintain records of temperature checks and sample retention library for frozen and refrigerated products while verifying labels on packaging lines. Ensure proper storage procedures for allergens and closure, monitor GMPs and use-by dates, and comply with all company safety policies. Work the 3:30pm to 12am shift on the production floor in San Antonio, TX. This role supports a growing food manufacturing facility with state-of-the-art operations.
