Job Summary
Conduct quality control tests on construction materials, document and report results accurately, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and maintain and calibrate testing equipment. Perform pre-employment physical examinations, drug/alcohol screens, and background checks as required. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing testing. ACI Field Testing Grade 1 certification is preferred but must be obtained within the first six months. Role involves working in environments with moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Proficiency with testing equipment and software
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
- Must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination
- Must submit to drug/alcohol screen
- Must submit to background check
- Must be able to work in environments with moving mechanical equipment
- Must be able to work in inclement weather
- Must be able to work in heat
- Must be able to work in cold
- Must be able to work in humidity
- Must be able to work in elevated noise level
