Quality Control Technician (f/m/d) - Fixed-Term position for 2 years

Job Summary
Conduct and document tests and measurements to verify product conformity across incoming goods, production, test labs, and final inspection, including thermal and magnetic tripping tests for manual motor starters and thermal overload relays. Program measurement equipment to improve repeatability and efficiency, and analyze 3D data using software such as VGSTUDIO MAX. Collaborate on improving existing test protocols and evaluate quantitative metrics to determine compliance while controlling non-conforming goods. Manage maintenance of measurement equipment, including calibration, repair, and purchasing. This fixed-term position for two years requires an onsite worker with a completed apprenticeship in electrician, electronics, or mechatronics, willingness to work shifts, and good German language skills.
Required Qualifications
- Completed apprenticeship as an electrician, electronics technician or mechatronics technician
- Willingness to work shifts (2 shifts; 3 shifts if required by business)
- Good German language skills (spoken and written)
- Driving license (B)
- A collaborative, solution-focused, structured approach
- Good team player
Desired Qualifications
- basic to good English language skills
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies (Yellow Belt)
