Job Summary

Test syrup and water to ensure they meet KORE requirements and conduct product testing as required. Inventory raw materials to prep for production, evaluate sanitation effectiveness, and assess equipment problems while reading and following standard operating procedures. Set up equipment manually and oversee the calibration program, maintaining product integrity and company standards. Work in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels, lifting over 50 lbs, and wearing mandatory PPE including steel-toed boots, face shields, and hearing protection. Requires a high school diploma, forklift certification is a plus, and familiarity with lab safety and hazardous materials.

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Must be able to lift over 50 lbs
  • Must have close vision and the ability to focus when using a computer terminal
  • Must wear steel/ceramic toed boots with slip resistant sole
  • Must wear face shield and gloves while filling CO2
  • Must wear hair nets if working on open container end of the lines
  • Must wear safety glasses
  • Must pass pre-employment drug testing
  • Must adhere to an Alcohol and Drug-Free Workplace policy
  • Must be able to operate various equipment
  • Must be able to read and understand Material Safety Data Sheets
  • Must be able to read, write, and keep records
  • Must demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must be adaptable to change in the workplace
  • Must be able to inspire and motivate others to perform well; accept feedback
  • Must be able to effectively, clearly and concisely communicate verbally and in writing
  • Must display willingness to make critical decisions while following company practices

  • Must adhere to good manufacturing practices and safety standards
  • Must be able to assess and rectify problems on all equipment
  • Must be able to understand mixing instructions and requirements
  • Must be able to inventory raw materials to prep for production
  • Must be able to evaluate sanitation effectiveness and respond to emerging deficiencies
  • Must be able to test syrup and water to ensure they meet KORE requirements
  • Must be able to conduct product testing as required by KORE
  • Must be able to oversee the calibration program
  • Must be able to set up equipment in preparation for use by manually lifting and moving equipment and/or chemicals and/or concentrates

Desired Qualifications

  • Food or chemical industry work experience
  • Forklift certification
