Quality Control Technician - 3rd shift

Job Summary
Conduct in-process inspection and testing of bottles, including visual and measurement checks to confirm product specifications. Collect representative samples from production lines, perform required evaluations, and contain nonconforming raw or finished products per SOPs. Operate various equipment and instruments for quality checks, calibrate testing devices daily, and document all test results and quality evaluations. Assist Inspector Packers with visual inspections, maintain plant cleanliness, and ensure all testing equipment is calibrated. Perform first article approvals after changeovers and line start-ups, train on Inspector Packer responsibilities, and provide break coverage as needed. Adhere to safety protocols, wear PPE, and maintain a safe production environment. Work assigned shifts including overtime and after-hour meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to audit and assist Inspector Packers with the visual inspection of bottles
- Must be able to communicate (speak, read and write) using basic English
- Must be able to work assigned shifts, including working overtime and attending after hour meetings as needed
- Required to wear PPE properly in accordance with company standards
