Job Summary
Prepare inspection plans, select sampling applications, and analyze data to identify trends for remedial action. Conduct routine visual and non-destructive tests on incoming materials and products throughout the manufacturing process. Train inspectors, perform audits, and lead root cause analysis to recommend improvements. Assist the Quality Manager in supporting a staff of technicians across all shifts at a 24/7 plant.
Required Qualifications
- 2 plus years experience in Quality Control
- experience in plastics/manufacturing
