Job Summary

Monitor quality activities from raw material receipt to finished product, inspecting incoming fruit loads and verifying Peracetic Acid concentrations for FDA compliance. Test raw juice, work-in-progress, oil, and finished products using laboratory equipment like spectrometers and pH meters, while calibrating instruments and maintaining hand dip and footbaths per Good Manufacturing Practices. Load, unload, and dispatch tankers, track bulk juice levels against production needs, and verify PPE usage across the plant. Record all results on electronic platforms to ensure HACCP guidelines are met and update the bottling board daily. Comply with OSHA, EPA, FDA, and SQF regulations while maintaining a safe work environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Comply with all Plant, State, and Federal OSHA, EPA, FDA, HACCP, cGMP, and SQF regulations/standards
  • Conduct all verification activities to assure finished product complies with food safety and quality specifications
  • Responsible for Non-GMO SGS Supply Chain Standards
  • Monday - Saturday @7:00am to 3:30pm
  • Rotating days off
  • 2 days off during the week

Desired Qualifications

  • Bi-lingual in Spanish
  • One to three months related experience and/or training
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
