Job Summary
Entry-level Quality Control Technician responsible for lab testing across moisture/solids, protein, fat, pH, microbiological plating, and related analyses; generate daily reports, enter data, assist with studies and calibrations; operate laboratory instrumentation (including pH meters and Foss equipment) safely and in accordance with GMP/GLP; may require NYS milk receiver license; position located in Webster, NY with 12-hour night shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule and every-other-weekend work; strong emphasis on food safety, quality, and timely communication of results.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of (1) year experience in a laboratory setting is required.
- College is highly preferred but not required.
