Job Summary
Entry-level Quality Control Technician responsible for lab testing across water, raw milk, finished product, microbiological testing, and chemical titrations; generaing daily reports and data entry; operating moisture/solids, protein, fat, and pH tests; handling safety and GMP/GLP procedures; may require NYS milk receiver license and/or Appendix N; requires strong attention to accuracy, organization, and communication; shift is 12-hour days on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule with every other weekend; location Webster, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a laboratory setting is required
- College is highly preferred but not required
- Proficiency in English: Comfortable with both written and verbal communication
