Job Summary
The Quality Control Technician is responsible for conducting quality inspections, assisting with the breakdown of nonconforming products, verifying production documentation, and maintaining inventory management. This role ensures adherence to ISO 9001 standards, performs quality checks on outbound shipments, and maintains accurate records. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience in quality control, strong calculation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a quality control/assurance field
- Ability to make accurate calculations and measurements
- Must be self-directed, but still able to work as a part of a team
- Ability to work under the pressure of a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Good attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in maintaining quality programs within the lubricants industry
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard
