Job Summary
Inspect incoming components, perform documented quality approvals, and execute product testing per PQCT or as directed. Conduct final inspections of finished product against customer specifications, verify labeling and quantities, and provide calibration of test devices. Record and file inspection results, pull samples for retention, and assist in root cause analysis of complaints. Assist in internal audits, mock recalls, and updating quality procedures while giving feedback to operators. Provide training on procedures with required signoff and promote safety and quality across all areas.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to lead and direct the activities of a diverse group of employees
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- basic math skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
