Job Summary
Quality Control Team Lead to manage daily final and in-process inspections for precision CNC machining, drive improvements to the quality system, oversee calibration of hand tools and measuring devices, support Material Review Board with nonconforming materials documentation, ensure tool availability, update inspection plans, and train technicians while maintaining safety and compliance; communicate priorities across shifts and adhere to ITAR/export-control requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Quality Control experience in a precision CNC machining environment preferred
- Strong familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Excellent Communication/Organizational Skills
- Must be willing to learn, adapt, and be flexible
- Possess the ability to implement and manage change
- Strong problem solving/ conflict resolution skills
- Must have strong computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Must be a US citizen subject to ITAR requirements
