Job Summary
Oversee all quality functions in the plant, ensuring compliance with production standards and customer needs. Responsibilities include performing quality checks on raw materials and finished products, leading ISO quality systems, managing lab functions and staff, and initiating corrective actions based on customer complaints. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, the ability to engage in root cause investigations, and will develop and maintain quality standards. A high school diploma and extensive experience in quality control are required, along with supervisory experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
- Familiarity with manufacturing regulations and reporting methods
- Knowledge of the production process and team interactions
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in quality related programs such as lean, ISO, six sigma
- Training in quality programs (lean, ISO, Six Sigma)
