Quality Control Supervisor

Oversee production and finishing processes in the Particleboard Plant, including Physical Properties testing, Wet Chemistry, and outdoor lab duties. Direct the assigned hourly crew to ensure safe manufacturing of particleboard at consistent high quality standards while managing lockout procedures, confined space SOPs, and environmental compliance. Coordinate with the Technical Director, Production Superintendent, and Maintenance Department to resolve quality issues across production lines and the sanding department. Perform all lab duties safely while supervising shift operations to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
