Job Summary
Quality Control Supervisor, Instrument - 2 leads incoming inspection of components, packaging, and final product to ensure conformity with company procedures and ISO/FDA/GMP standards; provides technical support and process improvement to reduce cost and increase productivity; drives Lean Manufacturing initiatives; supervises inspection processes and personnel; maintains documentation, updates drawings and procedures, tracks supplier quality metrics (including first pass yield), analyzes data to identify corrective actions, and coordinates cross-functional activities with suppliers, vendors, and customers to support business needs; role requires a Bachelor's degree in Life Science or Engineering and multi-year experience in hardware manufacturing with leadership in an FDA/ISO-regulated environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Science or Engineering
- 5 years of relevant experience in a hardware manufacturing environment in an FDA regulated industry and/or ISO certified organization
- 2 years of relevant Manufacturing Operations leadership experience
