Job Summary
Lead the New Coach Quality Control team by overseeing inspections, repairs, and road tests to ensure every motorcoach meets safety and operational standards before delivery. Establish priorities, assign work, and monitor progress while verifying repairs and maintaining complete documentation against company and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with operations to resolve quality issues, manage production schedules, and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations. Perform or assist with necessary repairs and create warranty claims as needed. Maintain a clean, safe work environment and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical or vocational training in automotive, diesel, or commercial vehicle repair
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience within the automotive, commercial vehicle, fleet maintenance, RV, or motorcoach industry
- Strong understanding of commercial vehicle inspection, repair, and quality assurance processes
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
- Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Passenger endorsement
- DOT requirements compliance
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business software applications, including ERP systems

- Previous motorcoach or commercial bus industry experience
