Quality Control Supervisor

Monitor inspections in progress, verify correct methods are applied, and assign work to inspectors with proper training to ensure compliance with procedures. Coordinate multiple test functions including hardness testing, alloy verification, and NDE while interacting with Production Control, Assembly, Test, Purchasing, Quality Engineering, and Engineering departments. Develop work schedules, initiate cross-training programs, and resolve procedure or employee conflicts. Analyze root causes of product deficiencies, maintain calibration activities, and ensure adherence to procedures and job requirements. This role supports scheduling, project objectives, and product quality reviews within the Inspection Department at Target Rock, a premier supplier of valves to the U.S. Navy nuclear fleet and global nuclear power industry.
