Job Summary
Quality Control Supervisor role overseeing QC performance, ensuring procedures compliance, and driving continuous improvement across QC processes in a fast-paced food production environment. Lead and manage the QC team, plan audits, coordinate with cross-functional departments, and maintain documentation supporting food safety, labeling accuracy, and efficient kitchen operations to preserve product integrity and service reliability. Requires hands-on leadership, meticulous attention to quality and food safety, accountability, proactive problem-solving, strong organizational skills, and effective cross-functional communication. Key experience includes 2–4 years in food production/quality control, 1+ year in a supervisory role, knowledge of food safety standards, GMPs, SOP enforcement, monitoring production quality at scale, documenting findings, driving corrective actions, and collaboration with operations, culinary, and production teams. Bilingual English/Spanish is a nice-to-have.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in food production, quality control, or kitchen operations
- 1+ year of experience in a lead or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, GMPs, and SOP enforcement
- Experience monitoring production and ensuring quality and consistency at scale
- Ability to identify issues, document findings, and drive corrective actions
- Experience working cross-functionally with operations, culinary, and production teams
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) - Nice to have
