Quality Control Supervisor - Cell Therapy (PM Shift)

Oversees Cell Therapy QC PM shift staff; ensures adherence to cGMP in the QC lab; reviews testing and records for accuracy; collaborates with QC Cell Therapy manager and Flow Cytometry supervisor to ensure adequate in-process control testing; leads, mentors, and coaches staff; sets goals aligned with site strategy; develops and approves SOPs, sampling plans, protocols, and specifications; prepares responses to audits, deviations, out of specification investigations, and CAPA; performs manual and automated cell counts, hematology analysis, and flow cytometry; supports training and remediation of training gaps; maintains compliant laboratory operations and escalates obstacles to timely resolution.
