Quality Control Supervisor (3rd Shift)

Establish and document quality standards, procedures, and control processes to ensure products meet required specifications. Oversee inspections of incoming materials, manufacturing processes, and final output, including routine audits of quality systems. Analyze data from tests and inspections to identify trends and root causes, then prepare reports on metrics and findings for management. Lead and manage a team of inspectors, handling training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Address customer complaints related to quality, investigate issues, and implement corrective actions. Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and ethical guidelines while managing product quality risks. Understand module functions for chassis, cockpit, front-end, and bumper assembly within the just-in-sequence environment.
