Job Summary
Inspect assembled parts and product for defects and deviations, then count and verify that product quantity matches the submission form. Confirm that information on the submission form aligns with the identifying sticker on the outside of the box and that all data on the flip matches the collectible item. Verify client requests for each individual order and ensure accuracy while maintaining productivity. Perform computer use including typing, mouse work, and extended periods of sitting or standing. Lift and carry materials up to 25 pounds and respond to management directions. Work Monday through Friday from 3:00pm to 11:30pm ET.
Required Qualifications
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good judgment
- Proficiency with computers and software applications such as Google Sheets, Google Docs, Gmail, 10-key and effective internet searching
- Ability to communicate effectively either orally or by other means, email etc
- Teamwork and ability to work well with others
- Ability to prioritize and have knowledge of what needs to be done first
- Ability to respect others and work well under pressure
- Ability to demonstrate accuracy while still maintaining a high level of productivity
- Ability to follow instructions well and respond to management directions
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 25 pounds
- Ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to work legally in the United States
