Job Summary
Quality Control Specialist to manage the planning, organization, and follow-up of quality control laboratory activities, ensuring that products meet specifications. Located in Freha, Tizi Ouazou (Algeria), reporting to the Factory Manager. Responsibilities include supervising personnel, coaching and developing team members, receiving and registering production samples, overseeing incoming raw material QC, conducting analyses per approved methods, issuing Certificates of Analysis, maintaining documentation, calibrating instruments, supervising powder lab technicians, and driving KPIs for continuous improvement and team motivation. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field, minimum 2 years of QC experience, Lean and Six Sigma certifications preferred, and fluency in English, French, and Arabic.
