Job Summary
Develop, deploy, and manage content on the agency website while performing quality assurance on digital material. Review web updates for formatting, metadata, accessibility, and file integrity, then coordinate with authors and editors to resolve issues before release. Schedule postings, manage tickets, and respond to customer inquiries via monitored email accounts. Ensure compliance with department policies and assist with developing agency e-newsletters. This role supports the USDA Economic Research Service through the Experienced Worker Program, offering remote work options for qualified candidates aged 55 and older.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 year(s) of experience in Digital content management
- BA/BS Degree in Communications, Journalism, or similar
- Experience with Windows
- Experience with MS Word
- Experience with MS Excel
- Experience with MS PowerPoint
- Minimum Age: 55
