Job Summary
Quality Control Specialist responsible for gathering information from sales agents to process new business account files and issue policies; identify missing information on policy applications, obtain required documents, send completed applications to carrier partners, follow up on payments, and update internal client management systems while maintaining strong communication with clients and partners. Requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, ability to learn quickly, and collaboration across teams; available to work 10am-7pm or 11am-8pm EST. Salary range $36,000-$45,000 plus benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of professional work experience
- Access to reliable internet
- Active P&C license (or willingness to obtain one in first 90 days)
